A Very Happy Mother's Day

Best Buddies

 

Today is Nate's best buddy Elise's birthday. Happy birthday Elise! He drew this card of the two of them.

 

He has quite a few girls that he calls his "girlfriend" but they are just girls that are friends. Elise, however, he says he is going to marry. Whenever he is asked if he thinks a girl is pretty he typically responds "yeah, but she isn't as pretty as Elise." So sweet!

Attitude

It's amazing how a change in hairstyle can affect your entire attitude. The way you walk, carry yourself even how you speak. Nate got this hip faux-hawk and immediately became Mr. Cool, swagger and all. I'm going to try an "Alfafa" hairdo (Little Rascals) and see how he reacts.

T-Ball

Nate started t-ball last week. It is hilarious to watch! He doesn't get the concept yet but he is having fun and that is the most important part. The kids see the ball and basically all run towards it.

The bats are for smaller kids but looks giant in Nate's hands. We have the first game in two weeks...should be entertaining!
